Tiene como objetivo promover el inter\u00e9s por el desarrollo de la programaci\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica en los j\u00f3venes para impulsar su creatividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, 21 de Mayo de 2020 (ND58).-<\/strong> El Scratch es un lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n para PC y se crea en el a\u00f1o 2006. Se cre\u00f3 principalmente para los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, debido a que maneja un lenguaje m\u00e1s sencillo para crear historias interactivas, videojuegos, animaciones y otras cosas.<\/p>\n<p>Su nombre proviene de la palabra <em>scratching<\/em> que, en lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n representa trozos de c\u00f3digos, los cuales pueden ser reutilizados, f\u00e1cilmente combinados y adaptados para nuevos usos.<\/p>\n<p>Anualmente se realizaban eventos en medio de la celebraci\u00f3n, con el prop\u00f3sito de que cada vez m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes se sintieran atra\u00eddos por la programaci\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica. En este tipo de eventos se efectuaban concursos para hacer demostraciones de nuevas aplicaciones.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/scrach-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-101756\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/scrach-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/scrach-2.jpg 700w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/scrach-2-300x161.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En pa\u00edses como Colombia se hace entrega del premio \u00abPremio Scratch Colombia\u00bb a la mejor experiencia de aula dentro del entorno de programaci\u00f3n. Pero este a\u00f1o producto de la pandemia del COVID-19, este tipo de actividades se han visto afectadas.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, es importante destacar que en Espa\u00f1a, un grupo de docentes tomo la iniciativa de impartir clases de programaci\u00f3n computacional con \u00abScratch 3.0\u00bb a un grupo de alumnos de diferentes edades mientras dura la cuarentena. La idea surgi\u00f3 de Jos\u00e9 Luis Calvo, asesor de la UPE.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo D\u00fao, uno de los encargados de esta iniciativa, indic\u00f3 \u00abhemos querido colaborar para que el confinamiento de
