Decenas de manifestantes se reunieron en la tarde en el lugar donde el joven fue abatido a tiros, al sur del centro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo creo se tratara de un uso justificado de la fuerza letal y ped\u00ed la baja inmediata del oficial\u00bb, dijo Bottoms en una conferencia de prensa, agregando que el agente que dispar\u00f3 a Brooks fue despedido.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades no han hecho p\u00fablico a\u00fan el nombre de los dos oficiales implicados en el tiroteo, ambos blancos.<\/p>\n<p>Bottoms dijo que Shields, una mujer blanca nombrada jefa en diciembre de 2016, ser\u00e1 remplazada de forma interina por su n\u00famero dos, Rodney Bryant, un hombre negro.<\/p>\n<p>La Oficina de Investigaciones de Georgia (GBI, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) dijo que est\u00e1 investigando el incidente. Brooks recorri\u00f3 una distancia de unos seis autos cuando se dio la vuelta hacia un agente y le apunt\u00f3 con lo que ten\u00eda en la mano.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn ese momento, el oficial de Atlanta
