{"id":111973,"date":"2020-07-07T14:37:35","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T18:37:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/?p=111973"},"modified":"2020-07-07T14:43:34","modified_gmt":"2020-07-07T18:43:34","slug":"encovi-un-96-de-los-hogares-venezolanos-estan-en-situacion-de-pobreza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/2020\/07\/07\/encovi-un-96-de-los-hogares-venezolanos-estan-en-situacion-de-pobreza\/","title":{"rendered":"Encovi: Un 96% de los hogares venezolanos est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-111976\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/pobreza-en-venezuela.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/pobreza-en-venezuela.jpg 800w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/pobreza-en-venezuela-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/pobreza-en-venezuela-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello (UCAB) present\u00f3 su informe 2019-2020 en el que tambi\u00e9n indican que el venezolano perdi\u00f3 3,7 a\u00f1os en calidad de vida y Venezuela no lleg\u00f3 a la meta de 32 millones de habitantes como lo estim\u00f3 el Gobierno en 2011, durante la encuesta nacional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, Venezuela, 7 de julio de 2020 (ND58).\u00a0 <\/strong>El 79,3% de los venezolanos no tienen como cubrir la canasta de alimentos, pues la la pobreza continua su tendencia creciente, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.proyectoencovi.com\/encovi-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">informe\u00a0 2019-2020<\/a> que present\u00f3 este martes Proyecto Encuesta Nacional de Condiciones de Vida de la Poblaci\u00f3n Venezolana (ENCOVI), de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello (UCAB).<\/p>\n<p>El estudio revel\u00f3 cifras impactantes y alarmantes sobre la realidad de quienes habitan en Venezuela, y una de esas es que el Producto Interno Bruto venezolano tuvo una ca\u00edda de un 70% entre 2013 y 2019, mientras que la inflaci\u00f3n acumulada desde marzo de 2019 a 2020 fue de \u00a03,365% Marzo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ha influido enormemente en la pobreza, pues el estudio revela que 96% de los hogares est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza y 79%\u00a0en pobreza extrema, hecho que significa en el \u00faltimo caso que los ingresos percibidos son insuficientes para cubrir la canasta alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>Clasific\u00f3 de la pobreza de la siguiente forma: 96% pobreza de ingresos; 54% pobreza reciente; 68% pobreza de consumo; y\u00a0 41% pobreza cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, 65% son hoy parte de una \u201cpobreza multidimensional\u201d que, adem\u00e1s de la entrada de dinero al grupo considera otras variables relacionadas con el empleo, la educaci\u00f3n, la vivienda y los servicios p\u00fablicos. En 2018, este indicador se situaba en 51%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos niveles de pobreza y desigualdad nos han ubicado al pa\u00eds en posiciones inimaginables en otro tiempo en el contexto de Am\u00e9rica Latina y del mundo. Venezuela se ha alejando considerablemente de sus pares suramericanos, acerc\u00e1ndose a la situaci\u00f3n que ostentan algunos pa\u00edses del continente africano\u00bb, acota la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados de la ENCOVI 2019-2020 sobre la situaci\u00f3n nutricional de los menores de 5 a\u00f1os, de acuerdo con el indicador peso-edad, revela que alrededor de 21% se encuentra en riesgo de desnutrici\u00f3n y 8% est\u00e1 desnutrido, un nivel que se distancia considerablemente del registro en Colombia (3,4%), Per\u00fa (3,2%) o Chile (0,5%). Igualmente, seg\u00fan el indicador talla-edad se ha estimado en 30% quienes se encuentran en desnutrici\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica. Reporta que 639 mil ni\u00f1os menores de 5 a\u00f1os con desnutrici\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n adem\u00e1s revela que el venezolano perdi\u00f3 3,7 a\u00f1os en calidad de vida y los hogares est\u00e1n registrando una disminuci\u00f3n en las estaturas de las familias. \u00a0Tasa de mortalidad infantil es de 26 por 1000 habitantes, en lugar de 12. Venezuela regresa a n\u00fameros de 1985 y 1990<\/p>\n<p>La Encovi 2019-2020 incluy\u00f3 preguntas vinculadas al fen\u00f3meno de la migraci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que el car\u00e1cter forzado de estos movimientos masivos trastoc\u00f3 la transici\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica e impact\u00f3 en el volumen y la composici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, en lugar de los 32 millones de habitantes que para este momento deb\u00eda tener Venezuela, de acuerdo con las estimaciones hechas por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas en 2011, en el pa\u00eds solo viven alrededor de 28 millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSon 4 millones menos como resultado de la combinaci\u00f3n de una intensa emigraci\u00f3n de 15 a 39 a\u00f1os, menor producci\u00f3n de nacimientos e incremento de la mortalidad\u201d, indica la encuesta.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito educativo, el estudio alerta que no hay progreso alguno en la cobertura y estima que hay al menos 1,7 millones de personas (entre los 3 y 24 a\u00f1os) menos en todo el sistema educativo. El grupo etario m\u00e1s afectado por este fen\u00f3meno es el de\u00a018 a 24 a\u00f1os, correspondiente a la educaci\u00f3n universitaria, cuya demanda baj\u00f3 a la mitad en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os. Todo conduce al crecimiento del riesgo de inclusi\u00f3n entre quienes no asisten regularmente a clases y registran un severo rezago escolar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"sufsr6a065f9dd59f2\" ><p
