Este a\u00f1o se adapta al entorno actual y se ejecutar\u00e1 en un formato completamente digital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, Venezuela, 10 de julio de 2020 (ND58<\/strong>).- A trav\u00e9s del programa \u00abMujeres con Prop\u00f3sito\u00bb, este a\u00f1o, PepsiCo Venezuela, de la mano con FUNDES Latinoam\u00e9rica y la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello (UCAB), capacitar\u00e1 por sexto a\u00f1o consecutivo a venezolanas en emprendimiento, empleabilidad y empoderamiento femenino.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de a\u00f1os anteriores, la edici\u00f3n 2020 ser\u00e1 en un forma virtual, debido a la contingencia ocasionada por el COVID-19. \u00abMujeres con Prop\u00f3sito\u00bb, se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de clases <em>online<\/em>, logrando as\u00ed abarcar a m\u00e1s estados del pa\u00eds y brindarle a m\u00e1s venezolanas la oportunidad de aprender nuevas herramientas para impulsar sus negocios o transformar y volver realidad una idea de negocio, en donde se tiene como meta final certificar a 100 mujeres de todo el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste es un programa completamente gratuito y va dirigido a mujeres mayores de 18 a\u00f1os de edad que est\u00e9n en b\u00fasqueda de emprender, recibir conocimientos sobre estrategias para implementar en el mundo de los negocios y para aquellas que desean mejorar en el \u00e1mbito laboral o en sus profesiones\u00bb, destac\u00f3 la compa\u00f1\u00eda de bebidas en una nota de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>Las participantes seleccionadas recibir\u00e1n una inducci\u00f3n con informaci\u00f3n general del programa, para luego comenzar con cuatro (4) talleres formativos y cursos dentro de la plataforma, adem\u00e1s de contar con sesiones de mentor\u00eda para lograr la buena ejecuci\u00f3n de los planes acci\u00f3n y as\u00ed, finalmente, conseguir la certificaci\u00f3n avalada por PepsiCo, FUNDES y la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello.<\/p>\n<p>Las 100 mujeres beneficiarias tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad adquirir conocimientos en \u00e1reas como: formulaci\u00f3n de planes de vida a corto y largo plazo; administraci\u00f3n de un negocio en tiempos de crisis; finanzas personales y, para los negocios ante contingencias como la del COVID-19, hasta estrategias de mercadeo y ventas a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, aplicables al contexto actual que vive el pa\u00eds y el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPepsiCo se siente orgulloso de continuar impulsando y apoyando a las mujeres venezolanas, motores esenciales para el crecimiento de la econom\u00eda de nuestro pa\u00eds; empoder\u00e1ndolas y acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolas en este proceso que, ciertamente, este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 muy distinto a los anteriores, y estamos seguros de que nos atraer\u00e1 incre\u00edbles resultados.
