Por entidad, T\u00e1chira ocup\u00f3 el primer lugar con 488 protestas, seguida de M\u00e9rida con 454, Miranda con 355, Distrito Capital con 349 y Anzo\u00e1tegui con 304.<\/p>\n<p><b>Caracas,DC,\u00a0 <\/b><strong>Venezuela 17 de julio de 2020 (ND58).-<\/strong>Seg\u00fan el Observatorio Venezolano de Conflictividad Social en el primer semestre de este 2020 se registr\u00f3 \u00a04.414 protestas, equivalente a un promedio de 25 diarias.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s de la mitad de las protestas se origin\u00f3 por los servicios b\u00e1sicos. En promedio se registraron 14 manifestaciones diarias por este motivo, para un total de 2.505 en seis meses. Las fallas el\u00e9ctricas ocuparon el primer lugar de los reclamos, seguidas por las demandas por agua y gas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n, que hace m\u00e1s vulnerable a la poblaci\u00f3n frente a la COVID-19, demuestra una vez m\u00e1s el colapso de los servicios que sufre la familia venezolana.<\/p>\n<p>El observatorio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el mismo periodo empeor\u00f3 la escasez de gasolina. Largas colas formaron parte del panorama en todo el territorio nacional. Inclu\u00edan varios d\u00edas para poder surtirse y racionamiento de la venta seg\u00fan el terminal de la placa por veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>La agudizaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n y la reducida actividad de la industria petrolera llevaron a la importaci\u00f3n de gasolina proveniente de Ir\u00e1n para abastecer el mercado. A su vez, se aplic\u00f3 un aumento del precio, establecido en bol\u00edvares y d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Escasez de agua Caracas<\/p>\n<p>La supervivencia en condiciones extremas se ha convertido en un modo de vida en el pa\u00eds de las mayores reservas de crudo del mundo, dominado por un sistema pol\u00edtico que ha llevado a sus ciudadanos a la pobreza y la desigualdad social, indic\u00f3 el OVCS.<\/p>\n<p>Los reclamos laborales se ubicaron en el segundo lugar del \u00edndice de conflictividad, al representar 21% del total de las protestas registradas hasta junio. En seis meses se reportaron 943 protestas, equivalentes a cinco diarias.<\/p>\n<p>En menor medida respecto al a\u00f1o pasado, este 2020 las manifestaciones por derechos pol\u00edticos se han visto reducidas. Durante el primer semestre ocuparon el tercer lugar de protestas con 648 acciones ciudadanas, de forma individual o combinada.<\/p>\n<p>La regi\u00f3n andina lidera los \u00edndices de conflictividad.
