La persistencia de la directora del Festival de Cine Venezolano Karina G\u00f3mez, se relata en una frase: \u00abNo hay pandemia ni nada que pare el festival, ni mucho menos con la selecci\u00f3n que tenemos\u00bb. <br \/><br \/>La decimoquinta edici\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en Caracas ante la condici\u00f3n precaria de los servicios de primera necesidad en M\u00e9rida, ciudad donde se encuentra la sede del encuentro m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds. <br \/><br \/>Participar\u00e1n 13 largometrajes de ficci\u00f3n, 10 documentales y 13 cortometrajes, en la edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 16 del festival, cabe destacar que por m\u00e1s descabellado que parezca la selecci\u00f3n no se ha revelado y el 70% de las producciones no se han estrenado en el pa\u00eds. <br \/><br \/>Aunque algunos se han publicado en las redes sociales como: \u00abConejo de Carla Forte\u00bb, que se estren\u00f3 en Miami International Film Festival, tambi\u00e9n \u00abLos olvidados\u00bb de Ricardo Ceballos, \u00abInfieles\u00bb de Edgar Rocca y \u00abLa Corte Malandra\u00bb de Jackson Guti\u00e9rrez, igualmente se estrenara \u00abLa Fortaleza\u00bb, la segunda pel\u00edcula de Jorge Thielen Armad, que estar\u00e1 participando en la categor\u00eda de ciencia ficci\u00f3n. <br \/><br \/>En los documentales, se conoce la participaci\u00f3n de \u00abCandy Bar\u00bb, de Alejandra Szeplaki y \u00abOnce Upon a Time in Venezuela\u00bb, de Anabel Rodr\u00edguez Rios, que fue estrenada en el Festival de Cine de Sundance, como un cortometraje, tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1 en el concurso Cincuenta\u00bb, de Alberto Chumaceiro, entre otros.<br \/><br \/>En cuanto al jurado solo se dio a conocer el jurado de la categor\u00eda de ciencia ficci\u00f3n, formaran parte: Mar\u00eda Cristina Capriles, directora de Escinety, Maite Gal\u00e1n, coordinadora de la fundaci\u00f3n Villa del Cine, el actor Antonio Delli; el profesor y cr\u00edtico de cine Luis Bond y el cineasta Rafael Marziano, cuya pel\u00edcula \u00abHistorias peque\u00f1as\u00bb, gan\u00f3 Mejor pel\u00edcula, en el festival pasado.<br \/><br \/>El festival virtual se llevar\u00e1 a cabo mediante la plataforma web de Trasnocho Cultural, donde vender\u00e1n la boleter\u00eda y proyecci\u00f3n de los filmes. <br \/><br \/>Por d\u00eda se visualizaran entre tres y cuatro pel\u00edculas, las cuales tendr\u00e1n la opci\u00f3n de verlas en 24 horas, debido a las dificultades ocasionadas por el inestable e inexistente servicio el\u00e9ctrico en el territorio venezolano.<br \/><br \/>\u00abSe trata tambi\u00e9n de protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de autor. Se monta la pel\u00edcula, se proyecta y luego se tumba de la plataforma, la cual tambi\u00e9n impide verla dos veces o que varias personas accedan con la misma clave\u00bb, relat\u00f3 Karina G\u00f3mez.<br \/><br \/>El costo de la entrada ser\u00e1 de 3 d\u00f3lares para pel\u00edculas de ficci\u00f3n, 2 d\u00f3lares para los documentales y 1,5 d\u00f3lares para cortometrajes, del mismo modo se podr\u00e1 cancelar en bol\u00edvares al cambio, como lo permite la p\u00e1gina del centro cultural, las personas podr\u00e1n pagar una pel\u00edcula individual o el festival completo. <br \/><br \/>De forma presencial solo se proyectaran de tres a cuatro pel\u00edculas diarias, en las salas del Trasnocho Cultura, la Concha Ac\u00fastica de Bello Monte, municipio Chacao.<br \/><br \/>Por otra parte, est\u00e1 en negociaci\u00f3n la transmisi\u00f3n del festival en M\u00e9rida: \u00abEs posible, si la gobernaci\u00f3n lo permite. Es para no dejar a la ciudad natural del festival por fuera\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<br \/><br \/>En cuanto al protocolo de seguridad contra la COVID-19, asegur\u00f3 que en la Concha Ac\u00fastica se puede mantener el distanciamiento social al ser un espacio abierto, \u00aben Trasnocho s\u00f3lo se usar\u00e1 30% de la sala y el uso del tapabocas ser\u00e1 obligatorio\u00bb.<br \/><br \/>\u00abTenemos todo \u2013comenta Karina G\u00f3mez- para que el festival se produzca de la forma m\u00e1s amplia posible, con todas las medidas de bioseguridad. Estamos de acuerdo en que las reglas se cumplir\u00e1n por completo. Tambi\u00e9n estamos organizados para movernos y reinventarnos dependiendo de las circunstancias. Tenemos previsto varias formas de cumplir con la modalidad presencial. Es un hecho que la cultura nos une y el cine no se para ni se detiene\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 G\u00f3mez.<br \/><br \/>Incluso en esta edici\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 el Marat\u00f3n Cine \u00c1tomo, que no se llev\u00f3 a cabo el a\u00f1o pasado, se trata de una competencia audiovisual realizada en tres d\u00edas (31 de julio, 7 de agosto y 11 de septiembre), donde se realizan cortos en plano de secuencia de 60 segundos, en un periodo de tiempo, de menos de 48 horas.<br \/><br \/>Se divide en tres categor\u00edas: ficci\u00f3n, documental y animado, donde est\u00e1 abierto al p\u00fablico, con la \u00fanica condici\u00f3n que la persona debe ser mayor de 10 a\u00f1os de edad, la inscripci\u00f3n tiene un costo de 1 d\u00f3lar y todo el equipo debe aparecer al inicio del plano con el tapabocas, para preservar las medidas de seguridad.<br \/><br \/>Para el Marat\u00f3n Cine \u00c1tomo, el premio ser\u00e1n 100 d\u00f3lares, patrocinados por David &amp; Josep, lo indica la p\u00e1gina web del evento.<br \/><br \/>Este las organizaciones que patrocinan el Festival de Cine Venezolano se encuentran: el Centro Aut\u00f3nomo de Cinematograf\u00eda Nacional (CNAC), Trasnocho Cultural, Circuito Gran Cine, TRESProducciones, Alcald\u00eda de Baruta, Alcald\u00eda de Chacao y la Universidad de los Andes, entre otras. \u00abSi no fuera por ellos, no estar\u00edamos
