Maduro acusa a la oposici\u00f3n y a factores externos por la crisis que deprimi\u00f3 los ingresos, pero los detractores del l\u00edder socialista achacan los problemas a la mala gesti\u00f3n y a la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 21 de agosto de 2020 (ND58).-<\/strong> El l\u00edder opositor venezolano Juan Guaid\u00f3 dijo este jueves que la Superintendencia de la Instituciones del Sector Bancario (Sudeban) orden\u00f3 bloquear una plataforma de billetera digital usada masivamente en el pa\u00eds y a trav\u00e9s de la cual pagar\u00e1 la pr\u00f3xima semana una bonificaci\u00f3n de 100 d\u00f3lares a los trabajadores sanitarios del pa\u00eds suramericano.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abBloquearon la p\u00e1gina de AirTm en Venezuela porque a partir del lunes todos los beneficiarios del sector salud (obtendr\u00e1n una bonificaci\u00f3n)\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 el opositor en un mensaje divulgado en Periscope.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMe disculpan la expresi\u00f3n, no acostumbro a utilizar esta palabra, pero hay que ser bien maldito para bloquear una cuenta a quienes est\u00e1n dando todo para proteger a nuestra gente, cuando van a recibir un bono\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Guaid\u00f3, a quien medio centenar de pa\u00edses reconoce como presidente interino.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer, la entidad reguladora (Sudeban) y la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera de Venezuela alertaron a la banca que las actividades de AirTm escapan a las regulaciones del sector financiero.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn tal sentido, se insta al sistema bancario nacional a efectuar el monitoreo exhaustivo de las transacciones efectuadas (en esta plataforma)\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 el regulador en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el jueves, cientos de usuarios denunciaron el bloqueo de la plataforma en Venezuela, mientras expertos en tecnolog\u00eda recomendaban el uso de redes privadas conocidas como VPN para acceder a las billeteras.<\/p>\n<p>Efe constat\u00f3 que se puede acceder a la plataforma desde algunos proveedores de internet local, pero esto no es garant\u00eda de que los m\u00e1s de 62.000 profesionales sanitarios que recibir\u00e1n la bonificaci\u00f3n puedan, a partir del pr\u00f3ximo lunes, hacer uso de los recursos.<\/p>\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n de Guaid\u00f3 adelant\u00f3 esta misma jornada que las ayudas de 100 d\u00f3lares se entregar\u00e1n durante 3 meses, por cuanto el programa supera los 18.000.000 de d\u00f3lares, a raz\u00f3n de 300 d\u00f3lares por beneficiario.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPor primera vez en la historia podremos usar recursos directamente recuperados del r\u00e9gimen (de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro), recuperados de la corrupci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>El opositor tambi\u00e9n dijo que el sector salud de Venezuela sufre \u00abla tasa de mortalidad (por la COVID-19) m\u00e1s alta del planeta\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la plataforma M\u00e9dicos Unidos, en Venezuela unos 80 trabajadores del sector salud han muerto por causas relaciones con la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Este gremio, adem\u00e1s, percibe bajos ingresos que, en ocasiones, no superan los 10 d\u00f3lares por mes.<\/p><div class=\"glixy6ac8fd925c340\" ><p style=\"text-align:
