{"id":124705,"date":"2020-08-27T11:44:31","date_gmt":"2020-08-27T15:44:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/?p=124705"},"modified":"2020-08-27T11:44:31","modified_gmt":"2020-08-27T15:44:31","slug":"juristas-de-la-ucv-rechazan-la-convocatoria-a-elecciones-parlamentarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/2020\/08\/27\/juristas-de-la-ucv-rechazan-la-convocatoria-a-elecciones-parlamentarias\/","title":{"rendered":"Juristas de la UCV rechazan la convocatoria a elecciones parlamentarias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-117343\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/cne-55000-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Abogados constitucionalistas y catedr\u00e1ticos, manifestaron su inconformidad con los comicios, se\u00f1alando de \u00abinconstitucional\u00bb a este proceso electoral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 27 de agosto de 2020 (ND58).-\u00a0<\/strong>Profesores miembros de la C\u00e1tedra de Derecho Constitucional de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), se pronunciaron en contra del proceso electoral convocado por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), para elegir un nuevo parlamento.<\/p>\n<p>En el pronunciamiento, tambi\u00e9n participaron profesores de derecho p\u00fablico de la misma universidad, rechazando que este proceso sea calificado como \u00abun evento electoral\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En consideraci\u00f3n de los juristas, estas elecciones convocadas por el CNE, \u00absolo pretende destruir el \u00faltimo resquicio de legitimidad democr\u00e1tica, refugiado en la Asamblea Nacional\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe trata de un montaje para crear apariencia de legalidad, pero todos y cada uno de sus componentes, fases y mecanismos est\u00e1n viciados y no responden a una f\u00f3rmula democr\u00e1tica que acredite la manifestaci\u00f3n de la voluntad popular\u00bb, agregaron.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, los acad\u00e9micos tambi\u00e9n se manifestaron en contra de lo que llamaron \u00abla inconstitucionalidad manifiesta\u00bb, de los comicios.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLas elecciones deber\u00edan ser\u00a0el veh\u00edculo democr\u00e1tico para poder resolver estas situaciones (la crisis pol\u00edtica), pero eso requiere una instituci\u00f3n, encargada de celebrar las elecciones,\u00a0que\u00a0sea\u00a0confiable y\u00a0el C.N.E. absolutamente\u00a0no lo es.
