Afirm\u00f3 que el \u00fanico ente que puede designar al CNE es la Asamblea Nacional y ese proceso fue iniciado por la Asamblea Nacional electa en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abY el r\u00e9gimen de Maduro, vali\u00e9ndose como siempre de trampas y artilugios, lo impidi\u00f3. La designaci\u00f3n que pretende hacer el r\u00e9gimen, est\u00e1 viciada en su propio origen\u00bb se\u00f1al\u00f3 la diputada Sol\u00f3rzano.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que no es cierto que haya candidatos a rectores por parte de la oposici\u00f3n. \u00abEse show malo, pero muy caro, que usurpa la AN no es representante de la oposici\u00f3n. Por el contrario, se trata de oficialismo disfrazado, oposici\u00f3n a la medida del r\u00e9gimen\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa designaci\u00f3n unilateral que hace el r\u00e9gimen, es absolutamente inconstitucional y por ello la rechazamos\u00bb, agreg\u00f3 la parlamentaria. Afirm\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que, de cualquier forma, la pretendida designaci\u00f3n de un nuevo ente electoral para nuevos comicios ni es constitucional ni cuenta con condiciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUn proceso electoral debe tener condiciones claras: CNE independiente, cronograma electoral que lleve a elecciones presidenciales y parlamentarias libres, justas y verificables; observaci\u00f3n electoral, devoluci\u00f3n de partidos a sus leg\u00edtimas autoridades y cese de inhabilitaciones. Es claro que este proceso a trav\u00e9s del cual el r\u00e9gimen pretende convocar un proceso regional, no es constitucional ni cuenta con las condiciones mencionadas\u00bb, explic\u00f3
