El petro equivale a 56,40 d\u00f3lares aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Es de recordar que el Tribunal Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, del Tr\u00e1nsito y Bancario de la Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial del \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Caracas, en fecha 31 de mayo de 2018, dict\u00f3 sentencia definitiva, declarando con lugar la demanda de da\u00f1o moral incoada, y condenando a El Nacional al pago de la suma de 1.000 millones de bol\u00edvares como indemnizaci\u00f3n y orden\u00f3 la indexaci\u00f3n judicial del monto condenado, lo que a la fecha, seg\u00fan la sentencia, ser\u00edan 31.843.014.940.710 bol\u00edvares.<\/p><div class=\"bjhos6a6e465bbd84d\" ><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/noticiasdigital58\" target=\"_blank\"
