{"id":147221,"date":"2022-01-18T23:15:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T03:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/?p=147221"},"modified":"2022-01-18T23:15:00","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T03:15:00","slug":"parlamento-venezolano-aprueba-reducir-de-32-a-20-los-magistrados-del-supremo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/2022\/01\/18\/parlamento-venezolano-aprueba-reducir-de-32-a-20-los-magistrados-del-supremo\/","title":{"rendered":"Parlamento venezolano aprueba reducir de 32 a 20 los magistrados del Supremo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-135995\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional.jpg 800w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional-720x480.jpg 720w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Asamblea-Nacional-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La Asamblea Nacional (AN, Parlamento) de Venezuela aprob\u00f3 este martes en el segundo y definitivo debate una reforma de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) que reduce de 32 a 20 el n\u00famero de magistrados que componen la alta corte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 18 de enero de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> La Sala Constitucional estar\u00e1 integrada por cinco magistrados y las cinco restantes (Electoral, Pol\u00edtico-Administrativa, Casaci\u00f3n Civil, Casaci\u00f3n Penal y Casaci\u00f3n Social) por tres magistrados, reza el proyecto de reforma de ley aprobado, frente a los siete y cinco que tienen actualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Cada una de las salas tendr\u00e1 un secretario y un alguacil, seg\u00fan la reforma de la ley le\u00edda y aprobada en la plenaria.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto parti\u00f3 del presidente del TSJ, Maikel Moreno, quien propuso a la AN promover dicha reforma, seg\u00fan anunci\u00f3 el 22 de diciembre el l\u00edder del Parlamento, Jorge Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan dijo entonces Rodr\u00edguez, el objetivo es que \u00abpueda darse un mejor manejo de las salas\u00bb del Supremo.<br \/>\nEn aquel momento tambi\u00e9n dijo que esta reforma activar\u00eda \u00ablos procedimientos necesarios para la escogencia del n\u00famero de magistrados principales y suplentes que sean establecidos en esa ley\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De ese modo esta reforma debe \u00abarrancar el proceso que le corresponde a la AN de la escogencia del comit\u00e9 de postulaciones\u00bb para que los magistrados sean elegidos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, el periodo de los magistrados se extiende por doce a\u00f1os por mandato constitucional. El \u00faltimo nombramiento se produjo en diciembre de 2015 en un proceso expr\u00e9s y d\u00edas antes de que tomara posesi\u00f3n la anterior AN de clara mayor\u00eda opositora.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 7 de enero, cuando ya se hab\u00eda aprobado el proyecto en primer debate, el Foro C\u00edvico de Venezuela, plataforma que agrupa a 690 organizaciones y a 194 actores de la sociedad civil, asegur\u00f3 que la reforma a la ley para reducir el n\u00famero de magistrados de la Corte \u00abes insuficiente\u00bb para garantizar independencia judicial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n ND58 | Fuente:
