(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El CNE anunci\u00f3 el pasado viernes que ha fijado para este mi\u00e9rcoles el d\u00eda en que los ciudadanos podr\u00e1n recoger, durante doce horas, las firmas necesarias (correspondientes al 20 % del electorado en cada estado) para activar el referendo que revoque a Maduro del cargo de presidente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 24 de enero de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> Los impulsores del Movimiento Venezolano por el Revocatorio (Mover) impugnaron este lunes el formato aprobado por el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) para la recogida de firmas, prevista para este mi\u00e9rcoles, que active una consulta para revocar el mandado al presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>El activista venezolano Nicmer Evans, uno de los impulsores del revocatorio, explic\u00f3 a periodistas en la entrada del CNE que el plazo de recogida de firmas aprobado el pasado viernes \u00abfue un acto totalmente inconstitucional que va en contra de los principios de la participaci\u00f3n popular\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a ello, introdujeron, \u00abde manera formal, un documento que permite impugnar o solicitar la revisi\u00f3n de todo el cronograma\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Nicmer-Evans.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-147713\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Nicmer-Evans.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" del cuerpo electoral, la jornada de recepci\u00f3n de las manifestaciones de voluntades (recogida de firmas) para el referendo revocatorio se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo 26 de enero en el horario comprendido entre las 6:00 (10:00 GMT) y las 18:00 (22:00 GMT)\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la entidad en un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>El CNE apostill\u00f3 que el registro electoral que se utilizar\u00e1 para validar este proceso de recogida de firmas ser\u00e1 el mismo que fue aprobado para los comicios regionales y locales del 21 de noviembre pasado, en el cual consta que hay 21.929.987 votantes inscritos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPara cumplir con el requisito de activaci\u00f3n del referendo revocatorio presidencial se deber\u00e1 alcanzar el 20 por ciento del registro electoral en cada una de ellas, tal como lo estableci\u00f3 la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) en 2016\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, en cada estado, los organizadores deber\u00e1n recibir el apoyo de, al menos, el 20 por ciento del electorado inscrito.<\/p>\n<p>Evans indic\u00f3 que sostuvieron un encuentro con la rectora del CNE Tania D&#8217;amelio, a quien le exigieron que fuese convocado para hoy con \u00abcar\u00e1cter de urgencia\u00bb, la junta directiva del organismo para que atiendan de manera \u00abimperiosa\u00bb la solicitud y respuesta formal en relaci\u00f3n a este procedimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMientras no haya una respuesta con relaci\u00f3n al tema de la solicitud de modificaci\u00f3n del cronograma, nosotros nos reservamos las pr\u00f3ximas acciones a desarrollar en este sentido\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El activista subray\u00f3 que est\u00e1n solicitando la aplicaci\u00f3n del reglamento para referendo revocatorio vigente desde 2007.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl reglamento establece claramente que deber\u00e1n pasar 15 d\u00edas, m\u00ednimo, para la informaci\u00f3n a los ciudadanos en relaci\u00f3n a los puntos de instalaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n dice que deben ser consultados los promotores para poder lograr el objetivo de la instalaci\u00f3n de los puntos\u00bb, apostill\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, dijo que tienen el derecho de impugnar o hacer la revisi\u00f3n del proceso y terminar de aceptarlo en un plazo de 45 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsperando esta respuesta, estamos planificando los pr\u00f3ximos pasos a desarrollar en funci\u00f3n de los llamados que haremos desde el punto de vista p\u00fablico, en relaci\u00f3n, a las acciones del pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles\u00bb,
