768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Movimiento Venezolano por el Revocatorio (Mover) solicit\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles al Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) que reactive el proceso de consulta necesario para revocar el mandato del presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, tras un fallido primer intento calificado de \u00abbufonada\u00bb por los promotores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 10 de febrero de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> \u00abLe estamos solicitando a los se\u00f1ores magistrados del TSJ que repongan la causa al Estado de apertura del proceso (de revocatorio) por cuanto estas actuaciones del Consejo Nacional Electoral (declararlo sin lugar) son un golpe a la Constituci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo el miembro de Mover C\u00e9sar P\u00e9rez Vivas.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 27 de enero, el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Venezuela declar\u00f3 \u00absin lugar\u00bb futuras solicitudes para poner en marcha un referendo que revoque a Maduro del cargo de presidente, luego de que el d\u00eda anterior no recibieran las firmas necesarias para activar la consulta en una jornada que los promotores calificaron de \u00abbufonada\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl CNE declara sin lugar una nueva solicitud de referendo revocatorio contra el mandato del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, tal y como lo establece el art\u00edculo 72 de la Constituci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo entonces la rectora del ente Tania D&#8217;Amelio en una declaraci\u00f3n sin preguntas.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho art\u00edculo reza que \u00abdurante el per\u00edodo para el cual fue elegido el funcionario o funcionaria no podr\u00e1 hacerse m\u00e1s de una solicitud de revocaci\u00f3n de su mandato\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, no se podr\u00e1n promover nuevos revocatorios hasta el fin del mandato de Maduro, en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, P\u00e9rez Vivas reiter\u00f3 que el ente electoral manej\u00f3 la activaci\u00f3n del proceso para el revocatorio de \u00abforma abrupta, desconsiderada y violatoria de los derechos constitucionales\u00bb y responsabiliz\u00f3 de ello a \u00abla mayor\u00eda de rectores oficialistas\u00bb de esta instancia.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que solo se activaron 1.200 mesas para la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas que estuvieron abiertas \u00abapenas 12 horas\u00bb y que el procedimiento fue anunciado \u00ab48 horas h\u00e1biles antes de la fecha\u00bb de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n<p>En esas 12 horas, los promotores deb\u00edan recoger las firmas equivalentes al 20 por ciento del censo electoral en cada estado, algo que consideraron imposible.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el vocero de Mover Nicmer Evans insisti\u00f3 en que \u00abel derecho a revocar sigue vigente\u00bb y que hasta que no se produzca un pronunciamiento \u00aba favor\u00bb de la reactivaci\u00f3n del proceso para convocar a un revocatorio, mantendr\u00e1n la denuncia ante instancias nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAs\u00ed como lo denunciamos en su momento y no nos prestamos para participar el 26 de enero en una farsa de recolecci\u00f3n de voluntades (firmas), hoy seguimos diciendo que el derecho a revocar sigue vigente y que lo que afirm\u00f3 la rectora Tania d&#8217;Amelio en relaci\u00f3n al hecho de que est\u00e1 cerrado el proceso de revocatorio es absolutamente falso\u00bb, apostill\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Evans exhort\u00f3 a las organizaciones pol\u00edticas y dirigentes opositores a pronunciarse con \u00abcontundencia\u00bb, ante la decisi\u00f3n del CNE de desactivar cualquier posibilitad de un revocatorio en el actual periodo presidencial.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos invitamos a que, aun a pesar de que si alguno no estuvo de acuerdo con activar el
