{"id":151198,"date":"2022-04-06T08:51:52","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T12:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/?p=151198"},"modified":"2022-04-06T08:51:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T12:51:52","slug":"ong-registro-14-agravios-y-limitaciones-contra-la-prensa-venezolana-en-marzo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/2022\/04\/06\/ong-registro-14-agravios-y-limitaciones-contra-la-prensa-venezolana-en-marzo\/","title":{"rendered":"ONG registr\u00f3 14 agravios y limitaciones contra la prensa venezolana en marzo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ipysve.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-151199\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ipysve.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ipysve.jpg 900w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ipysve-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ipysve-768x433.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Instituto Prensa y Sociedad (Ipys) de Venezuela contabiliz\u00f3 \u00ab14 casos de limitaciones a la prensa\u00bb durante el pasado mes de marzo, que representaron 18 vulneraciones caracterizadas por intimidaciones, arbitrariedad y negativas de aproximaci\u00f3n a las fuentes noticiosas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, 06 de abril de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> \u00abDurante ese mes (marzo), Ipys Venezuela registr\u00f3 14 casos que representaron 18 vulneraciones a la prensa comprendidas en cinco restricciones de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, cinco incidentes de discurso estigmatizante, cuatro agresiones y ataques, tres medidas de censura y un acto de uso abusivo del poder estatal\u00bb, detall\u00f3 la ONG en un comunicado de prensa publicado en su sitio web.<\/p>\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n, que defiende la libertad de prensa y el derecho a la informaci\u00f3n en Venezuela, indic\u00f3 que estos casos afectaron a cuatro medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, una organizaci\u00f3n de defensa de derechos humanos, 32 trabajadores de la prensa y una activista.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDe los 14 casos de limitaciones a la prensa durante el tercer mes de 2022, 10 de ellos ocurrieron en el entorno tradicional, mientras que cuatro en el de derechos digitales\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 la ONG.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los hechos documentados por esta organizaci\u00f3n durante el mes de marzo se registra el cierre de la emisora Activa 89.3 FM, en El Tigre, estado Anzo\u00e1tegui, que \u00abqued\u00f3 fuera del aire cuando la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Conatel) decomis\u00f3 sus equipos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente rese\u00f1\u00f3 las restricciones del acceso a la informaci\u00f3n en instituciones p\u00fablicas que sufrieron el pasado 7 de marzo los periodistas Zulma L\u00f3pez, de Punto de Corte; Fabiola Ni\u00f1o, de Televen; y Luzfrandy Contreras y Freddy Villamizar, de la Televisora Regional del T\u00e1chira (TRT), en el estado T\u00e1chira.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Ipys Venezuela se refiri\u00f3 al Proyecto de Ley de Redes, que se desarrolla dentro de la Subcomisi\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n e Informaci\u00f3n del Parlamento venezolano y manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por este instrumento que, a su juicio, podr\u00eda ser \u00abun mecanismo m\u00e1s, ejercido desde el Estado, para censurar las libertades informativas en el pa\u00eds\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLas redes sociales se han convertido en ventanas para acceder a informaci\u00f3n en Venezuela ante la desaparici\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n tradicionales que han sido perseguidos sistem\u00e1ticamente por el Estado. Pero incluso en el ciberespacio ha quedado reflejado c\u00f3mo el poder utiliza instrumentos legales arbitrariamente para silenciar a las voces disidentes\u00bb, dijo la ONG al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 3 de febrero, la Sociedad Interamericana de Prensa (SIP) denunci\u00f3 el \u00abrecrudecimiento\u00bb de las \u00abviolaciones a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u00bb en Venezuela y conden\u00f3 el \u00abbloqueo a medios digitales\u00bb y \u00abuso ilegal de datos personales para acosar a periodistas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En la resoluci\u00f3n, a prop\u00f3sito del bloqueo a tres medios digitales, la SIP enfatiz\u00f3 que \u00abla implacable persecuci\u00f3n contra medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y periodistas, as\u00ed como el bloqueo a los pocos medios que a\u00fan publican en internet, ha casi
