emprendedoras pertenecientes a las comunidades de Catia y La Vega, de la ciudad de Caracas, recibieron sus certificados y pasaron a formar parte del grupo de clientes de la embotelladora de origen mexicano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 15 de agosto de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> La Red de Empoderamiento Femenino (REF) de Coca-Cola FEMSA de Venezuela culmin\u00f3 con \u00e9xito su primera cohorte, reafirmando su compromiso con la promoci\u00f3n de los derechos socioecon\u00f3micos de las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>La REF fue lanzada en noviembre de 2021 con la misi\u00f3n de generar medios de vida para las mujeres de las comunidades vecinas de Coca-Cola FEMSA a trav\u00e9s de la atenci\u00f3n psicosocial, la gesti\u00f3n de micro empresas y el desarrollo de liderazgos colectivos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Coca-Cola-FEMSA-de-Venezuela-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter Gerente Nacional de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, habl\u00f3 de la importancia de promover la inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad y de la presencia de mujeres en los espacios de liderazgo. \u00abEstamos muy contentos de que la Red de Empoderamiento Femenino tenga una primera cohorte graduada, para que m\u00e1s mujeres asuman el rol de tomadoras de decisiones asertivas tanto en sus hogares como en las comunidades en las que hacen vida\u00bb, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Salas-Arana, Gerente Nacional de Asuntos Legales y Corporativos coment\u00f3 que poner a la sostenibilidad en el centro del negocio se traduce en el apoyo y las alianzas con todos aquellos quienes trabajan con pasi\u00f3n por Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstas mujeres son pioneras de este programa y son ejemplo de que, con la
