{"id":160614,"date":"2022-12-05T09:42:44","date_gmt":"2022-12-05T13:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/?p=160614"},"modified":"2022-12-05T09:42:44","modified_gmt":"2022-12-05T13:42:44","slug":"zulia-empresas-estan-adaptando-sus-estructuras-de-compensacion-salarial-para-atraer-y-retener-el-capital-humano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/2022\/12\/05\/zulia-empresas-estan-adaptando-sus-estructuras-de-compensacion-salarial-para-atraer-y-retener-el-capital-humano\/","title":{"rendered":"#Zulia | Empresas est\u00e1n adaptando sus estructuras de compensaci\u00f3n salarial para atraer y retener el capital humano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160617\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"529\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-3.jpg 800w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-3-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-3-768x508.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El estudio realizado a finales de noviembre de este a\u00f1o, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 149 empresas de la regi\u00f3n zuliana, pertenecientes a 13 sectores econ\u00f3micos de la Clasificaci\u00f3n Industrial Internacional Uniforme (CIIU), divididas seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o desde micro hasta grandes empresas, donde se analiz\u00f3 a 12.116 trabajadores que desempe\u00f1an diferentes cargos hasta la fecha de realizaci\u00f3n del estudio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, 05 de diciembre de 2022 (ND58).-<\/strong> La C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Maracaibo present\u00f3 este jueves 01 de diciembre los resultados de su 2\u00b0 Encuesta Regional de Compensaci\u00f3n y Beneficios que realiz\u00f3 la Unidad de Informaci\u00f3n y Estad\u00edstica en conjunto con el equipo de Gesti\u00f3n Humana del Grupo Marmoca.<\/p>\n<p>Este innovador producto es una valiosa herramienta que permite generar estrategias para alcanzar el compromiso y motivaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>El tama\u00f1o de las empresas participantes se desglosa en: 5 % de microempresas; 49 % en empresas peque\u00f1as; 32 % en empresas medianas y un 14 % de empresas grandes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160619\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo.jpg 800w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>En este sentido se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un 43 % de las empresas consultadas aumentaron su total de trabajadores en 2022; mientras que un 15 % inform\u00f3 que mantuvieron su personal con referencia al a\u00f1o anterior. La tendencia hacia el mantenimiento o incremento de la plantilla para este a\u00f1o fue de 58 %.<\/p>\n<p>La migraci\u00f3n a otros pa\u00edses ocupa el primer lugar entre los motivos de egresos de personal (37 %) desplazando a cambio de lugar de trabajo a un segundo puesto (20 %), la cual fue la raz\u00f3n principal en la encuesta anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Las \u00e1reas comerciales de Operaciones y Log\u00edstica se mantienen como el \u00e1rea con mayor demanda de personal al igual que el a\u00f1o anterior. Esto indica que las empresas encuestadas han trabajado durante el per\u00edodo estudiado en fortalecer \u00e9stas \u00e1reas medulares.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, el informe revel\u00f3 que el medio de pago para compensar al personal se encuentra mayormente con uso de monedas extranjeras como el D\u00f3lar Estadounidense, bien sea en efectivo o indexado al cambio en bol\u00edvares; sin embargo, el estudio tambi\u00e9n demuestra que el bol\u00edvar ha recuperado terreno como medio de pago en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o; esto se debe en parte a la implementaci\u00f3n tributaria del IGTF donde se le exige al empresario pagar al fisco por el uso de la moneda extranjera dentro del territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Las bonificaciones tanto fijas como variables, en funci\u00f3n de factores organizacionales, se posicionan junto con el Salario como los principales componentes de pago.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160618\" src=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/camaradecormerciomcbo-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"542\" beneficios y variables de salario emocional, todo aquello dirigido a cubrir deficiencias a nivel profesional y mejorar la capacidad del trabajador para desempe\u00f1ar su puesto, ha tomado mayor importancia, por lo cual se puede observar que 88 % de las empresas otorgan beneficios por concepto de Rutas y Ayuda de Transporte y un 78 % aplican estrategias para mejorar la Capacitaci\u00f3n del personal contratado.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los incrementos otorgados a los trabajadores, el 32 % de las empresas informaron que realizaron 3 ajustes salariales en el a\u00f1o y un 53% de la muestra mencion\u00f3 que los rangos de incremento est\u00e1n entre el 1 \u2013 50 %.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el promedio de los montos mensuales devengados por los diferentes niveles de cargo consultados,
