Ciertamente hay similitudes entre algunas preparaciones, pero existen platos originarios que resaltan las cualidades de la despensa presente en cada zona.<\/p>\n<p>Esto hace que la gastronom\u00eda venezolana sea variada, \u00fanica y bastante peculiar. Demostrando que cada regi\u00f3n tiene su saz\u00f3n, su alimento de vanguardia, su plato t\u00edpico y su toque personal que al probarlo te transportar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente a ese lugar en particular.<\/p>\n<p>Como en cada recorrido, el jurado de Cocina Creativa se conforma por profesionales especializados en distintas \u00e1reas gastron\u00f3micas y su 6ta edici\u00f3n no es la excepci\u00f3n, pues en esta oportunidad tendr\u00e1n personalidades reconocidas provenientes de los estados que conforman esta regi\u00f3n: Caracas, Aragua, Carabobo y Miranda, quienes con sus conocimientos nutrir\u00e1n y guiar\u00e1n a todos los participantes en este trayecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed te contamos un poco acerca de cada uno de ellos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En la modalidad presencial tendremos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Alberto Veloz:<\/strong> Periodista egresado de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (1973). Editor y fundador del peri\u00f3dico Barabar. Ejerce el periodismo de manera independiente y colabora en publicaciones, entre ellas: Revista Bienmesabe, cronista de la secci\u00f3n Memoria Gustativa.<\/p>\n<p>Publica la columna Voyeur Impertinente en la revista Etiqueta desde hace 12 a\u00f1os. Colaborador en Estampas tem\u00e1tica Sabor y Saz\u00f3n y Gu\u00eda Tur\u00edstica en el diario El Universal. Miembro fundador de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comunicadores Gastron\u00f3micos de Venezuela (Acogave). Profesor de Etiqueta y Protocolo del Instituto Culinario de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. H\u00e9ctor Romero:<\/strong> Cocinero y artista pl\u00e1stico venezolano. Fundador y director del ICC. Chef de distintos restaurantes en Venezuela. Kakao Bombones Venezolanos, Caracas. Chef de El Comedor, Caracas. Conferencias y Festivales en distintos pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica y el Caribe. Premio \u00abTenedor de Oro\u00bb al chef del a\u00f1o de la AVG, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Premio \u00abTenedor de Oro\u00bb a la publicaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica del a\u00f1o de la AVG, por su libro ROMERO, Cocina Venezolana Contempor\u00e1nea, 2015. Menci\u00f3n \u00abTenedor de Oro\u00bb en nombre del Instituto Culinario de Caracas como escuela de cocina de la AVG, 2018. Chef asesor de proyectos gastron\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Helena Ibarra:<\/strong> Chef de productos de calidades venezolanas y de formaci\u00f3n francesa. Helena posee una amplia experiencia en el \u00e1rea de pedagog\u00eda, se desempe\u00f1a como profesora de gastronom\u00eda molecular en Cocido a Mano, dio clases de cocina en la Escuela -Hotelera de Biarritz, Francia.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, dicta cursos en La Cuisine San Ignacio, cursos YPO para Miami, Colombia, M\u00e9xico y Venezuela. Chef asesor de los cursos de cocina desde maternal a tercer grado en Colegio Francia de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Ines Quintero:<\/strong> es historiadora, profesora Titular de la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Licenciada, Magister y Doctora en Historia, Individuo de N\u00famero de la Academia Nacional de la Historia, fue directora de la corporaci\u00f3n durante el per\u00edodo 2015- 2019 y en la actualidad forma parte de su Junta Directiva.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido conferencista, profesora e investigadora visitante en diferentes universidades fuera y dentro de su pa\u00eds. Ha sido galardonada con varios premios y distinciones nacionales e internacionales. Autora de una amplia obra historiogr\u00e1fica sobre Historia Pol\u00edtica y Social de Venezuela, siglos XIX y XX y sobre Historia de las mujeres, con 15 t\u00edtulos publicados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la Modalidad Virtual, contaremos con los valiosos conocimientos de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Daniella Juliac:<\/strong> realiz\u00f3 estudios en dise\u00f1o de interiores e industrial en el Instituto de Dise\u00f1o de Caracas, se form\u00f3 como cocinera en el Instituto Culinario de Caracas (ICC), en su experiencia resalta El Comedor, restaurante ubicado dentro del ICC, donde realiz\u00f3 sus pasant\u00edas y adem\u00e1s trabaja en el \u00e1rea de producci\u00f3n de cocina, como integrante de sala redacci\u00f3n de recetas y manuales.<\/p>\n<p>Trabaja como <em>freelance<\/em>, ofreciendo los siguientes servicios: conceptualizaci\u00f3n de recetas, asesor\u00edas, manuales y recetarios, dise\u00f1o de men\u00fas dirigidos para eventos privados, caterin y eventos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Iv\u00e1n Sabatino Pizzolante:<\/strong> nacido en Puerto Cabello, Estado Carabobo. Un abogado apasionado por la gastronom\u00eda y el quehacer culinario del Estado Carabobo, miembro de la Academia Venezolana de Gastronom\u00eda y de Carabobo Gastron\u00f3mico, conferencista y creador de Gastro Encuentro. Fue editor del libro \u00abUn Bocado Del Mundo\u00bb, de Juan Alonso Molina. Ganador del Tenedor de Oro de la AVG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Jeanelly M\u00e9ndez:<\/strong> Publicista, locutora, promotora e Investigadora Gastron\u00f3mica. Gerente General de Br\u00fajula Gastron\u00f3mica, C.A. Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Aragua Gastron\u00f3mica. Promotora de la Gastronom\u00eda Arag\u00fce\u00f1a y Nacional. Publicista y especialista en Mercadeo, se desempe\u00f1a como conductora del programa Men\u00fa \u00c9xitos por \u00c9xitos 93.1 FM de Uni\u00f3n Radio.<\/p>\n<p>Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil ARAGUA GASTRON\u00d3MICA desde el a\u00f1o 2014, en pro de la cultura gastron\u00f3mica del Estado Aragua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Zoraida Barrios:<\/strong> Mejor conocida como \u00abMamazory\u00bb, nacida en La Guaira, de familia espa\u00f1ola, esta cocinera ha hecho de Carabobo su tierra. Abogada de profesi\u00f3n, cocinera e investigadora gastron\u00f3mica. Fundadora y docente del IEC Laurus.
