La designaci\u00f3n busca reforzar las estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta ante emergencias en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Designaci\u00f3n oficial para fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, oficializ\u00f3 el nombramiento del Dr. Mav\u00e1rez en el marco de las pol\u00edticas de seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos en el estado Zulia. ZOEDAN, adscrita a la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Administraci\u00f3n de Desastres, tiene la responsabilidad de coordinar las acciones necesarias para mitigar el impacto de eventos naturales y emergencias.<\/p>\n<p>Con una trayectoria destacada en el \u00e1mbito de la bioseguridad, Mav\u00e1rez particip\u00f3 activamente en la descontaminaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos durante la pandemia de Covid-19, demostrando su capacidad en la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos sanitarios y operativos.<\/p>\n<h2>Experiencia y formaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n de riesgos<\/h2>\n<p>El nuevo jefe de ZOEDAN cuenta con cinco niveles de formaci\u00f3n profesional, lo que le permite desempe\u00f1arse como docente e investigador en la carrera de Administraci\u00f3n de Riesgos y Desastres en la Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Universidad Nacional de la Seguridad (UNES).<\/p>\n<p>Su experiencia en la protecci\u00f3n civil lo ha llevado a ocupar diversos cargos en el \u00e1mbito de la gesti\u00f3n de emergencias. En 2022, mientras atend\u00eda las inundaciones en el eje Sur del Lago, sufri\u00f3 un accidente automovil\u00edstico que puso en riesgo su salud, pero logr\u00f3 recuperarse y continuar con su labor en beneficio de la comunidad zuliana.<\/p>\n<h2>Compromiso con la seguridad ciudadana<\/h2>\n<p>Mav\u00e1rez asume el liderazgo de ZOEDAN con el objetivo de fortalecer las acciones de prevenci\u00f3n y respuesta en el estado Zulia. Su gesti\u00f3n estar\u00e1 enfocada en garantizar que la poblaci\u00f3n cuente con mecanismos efectivos de protecci\u00f3n ante situaciones de emergencia, reforzando el compromiso institucional con
