este martes el hostigamiento sistem\u00e1tico contra profesionales de la comunicaci\u00f3n durante el desempe\u00f1o de su labor en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La directiva gremial exigi\u00f3 a los organismos p\u00fablicos el cese inmediato de las agresiones y la aplicaci\u00f3n estricta del marco jur\u00eddico para frenar la pr\u00e1ctica il\u00edcita de la profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado oficial, el ente colegiado manifest\u00f3 su alarma por las recientes intimidaciones que han sufrido los reporteros en sus coberturas diarias.<\/p>\n<p>Estas actuaciones arbitrarias involucran tanto a instituciones del Estado como a generadores de contenido en plataformas digitales, quienes difunden mensajes de descr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<blockquote conden\u00f3 de forma categ\u00f3rica que individuos ajenos a la carrera act\u00faen en nombre de entidades gubernamentales para entorpecer el trabajo informativo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el documento institucional, estas personalidades promueven el \u00abciberacoso y campa\u00f1as de difamaci\u00f3n\u00bb para atacar a los verdaderos profesionales, vulnerando el derecho ciudadano a una informaci\u00f3n veraz.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a este panorama, la organizaci\u00f3n record\u00f3 las garant\u00edas consagradas en los art\u00edculos 57 y 58 de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica, as\u00ed como las normativas que regulan el oficio.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Solo los licenciados en Comunicaci\u00f3n Social debidamente colegiados est\u00e1n autorizados para portar credenciales y ostentar la denominaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y legal de \u00abprensa\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Exhorto a las autoridades e instituciones<\/h2>\n<p>Para mitigar esta irregularidad constitutiva del delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones, el gremio inst\u00f3 a los departamentos de relaciones p\u00fablicas a verificar minuciosamente la acreditaci\u00f3n de los convocados a pautas de medios.<\/p>\n<p>Restringir el acceso de falsos reporteros resulta fundamental para no legitimar ni avalar el ejercicio ilegal dentro de los organismos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, los comunicadores poseen el respaldo jur\u00eddico para se\u00f1alar y rechazar a quienes usurpan sus labores en cualquier escenario informativo.<\/p>\n<p>La defensa del gremio, tal como detalla la junta directiva, requiere la participaci\u00f3n activa de todos sus agremiados para mantener la dignidad de la carrera.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"keychainify-checked\" de la Ley de Ejercicio del Periodismo.<\/p>\n<p>Ninguna autoridad, sin importar su nivel de poder o jerarqu\u00eda, tiene la potestad de coaccionar a un reportero para que revele el origen de sus investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la representaci\u00f3n gremial asegur\u00f3 que agotar\u00e1 todas las instancias jur\u00eddicas e institucionales necesarias para salvaguardar la integridad f\u00edsica, moral y profesional de sus afiliados.<\/p>\n<p>La consigna del CNP se mantiene firme en la defensa inquebrantable de la verdad, la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y la legalidad en todo el
