Tener flexibilidad para sustituir alimentos y conocer el aporte nutricional de los v\u00edveres son las recomendaciones m\u00e1s importantes de la nutricionista Silvia \u00c1vila, de\u00a0Gold\u2019s Gym Maracaibo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, 3 de noviembre de 2016 (D58).-<\/strong> Aprender a combinar diferentes tipos de nutrientes en cada comida, tener flexibilidad para sustituir algunos alimentos y conocer el aporte nutricional de los v\u00edveres, son las principales recomendaciones de la nutricionista Silvia \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n<p>La especialista brind\u00f3 la charla \u00abNutrici\u00f3n en tiempos de dif\u00edcil acceso a los productos\u00bb, enmarcada en el cuarto aniversario de Gold\u2019s Gym Maracaibo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1vila abord\u00f3 el tema en respuesta a las inquietudes planteadas por miembros de la cadena de gimnasios, quienes est\u00e1n en busca de opciones que les permitan mantener un r\u00e9gimen de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable para alcanzar sus objetivos de p\u00e9rdida de peso o ganancia de masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abMe di cuenta de que la mayor\u00eda no sab\u00eda c\u00f3mo hacerlo y mi compromiso se enfoc\u00f3 en darles consejos para que contin\u00faen aliment\u00e1ndose de la mejor manera posible\u00bb, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, explic\u00f3 que lo m\u00e1s importante es mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, que incluya prote\u00ednas de animales o vegetales, grasas saludables y carbohidratos, sin exceder el consumo de estos \u00faltimos.<\/p>\n<p>En su opini\u00f3n, los vegetales son aliados de la dieta del venezolano, porque aportan nutrientes importantes, est\u00e1n disponibles en el mercado y sus costos son accesibles para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn lugar de consumir arroz y pasta, podemos sustituir estos alimentos por vegetales como batata, apio, pl\u00e1tano y topocho, que adem\u00e1s de ser una excelente fuente de carbohidratos, aportan fibra, potasio y vitaminas. Tambi\u00e9n se puede aprovechar el aguacate como opci\u00f3n para tener una raci\u00f3n de grasas saludables\u00bb, sugiri\u00f3 \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al hablar de la alimentaci\u00f3n durante la infancia y la adolescencia, la nutricionista enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de cuidar la calidad de los alimentos y su carga cal\u00f3rica, lo que permitir\u00e1 controlar el peso y evitar llegar a extremos negativos como la obesidad o la desnutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1vila ofreci\u00f3 algunas recomendaciones para las meriendas de los peque\u00f1ines:<br \/>\n\u2022Servir los platos de manera divertida, si son vegetales hacerles figuritas de animales para que ellos no los rechacen.<br \/>\n\u2022Como merienda podr\u00eda usarse las panquecas de avena, gelatina ligera, palomitas de ma\u00edz, o alguna fruta. Todo en cantidades moderadas, sin abusar.<br \/>\n\u2022Evitar darles golosinas o productos de pasteler\u00eda.<br \/>\n\u2022A la hora de la comida, se pueden preparar cremas de vegetales o tratar de incluir alg\u00fan vegetal en jugos de frutas.<br \/>\n\u2022Los ni\u00f1os son imitadores por excelencia y aprenden con el ejemplo. As\u00ed que lo m\u00e1s importante es que desde el hogar tengan la educaci\u00f3n nutricional adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>La galena insisti\u00f3 en que es bueno planificarse.
