La clave para una buena nutrici\u00f3n consiste en aprender a consumir porciones adecuadas de l\u00edpidos y escoger los de mejor calidad, como el aceite puro de soya, que al consumirlo con moderaci\u00f3n ayuda a proteger el sistema nervioso y prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las razones por las que el aceite de soya es tan vers\u00e1til, es porque se trata de un aceite neutro, que no altera el sabor de las comidas, por lo que puede usarse para preparar aderezos, salsas, postres y frituras.<\/p>\n<p>El aceite puro de soya cuenta con 61,2% de \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados; 22,6 % de \u00e1cidos grasos monoinsaturados y 16,2 % de \u00e1cidos grasos saturados. Los dos primeros son beneficiosos para la salud cardiovascular, ya que ayudan a reducir el colesterol.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, es rico en \u00e1cido linol\u00e9nico omega 3 (\u03c9 3), que ayuda a la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades cardiovasculares, protege el sistema nervioso, contribuye a controlar la arteriosclerosis y disminuye la lipoprote\u00edna de baja densidad, tambi\u00e9n conocida como nutricional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El aceite extra\u00eddo del frijol de soya contiene nutrientes que protegen tanto las membranas de las c\u00e9lulas, como de todo el organismo, gracias a su contenido de vitamina E y vitamina A.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es rico en isoflavonas, unas sustancias vegetales que se comporta como estr\u00f3genos, por esta raz\u00f3n se recomienda para mujeres que est\u00e1n pasando por la menopausia ya que ejerce un efecto estabilizante cuando el nivel de hormona es alto o muy bajo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro elemento importante presente en el aceite de soya, es el \u00e1cido linol\u00e9ico omega 6 (\u03c9 6), la correcta combinaci\u00f3n de este \u00e1cido con el omega 3 (\u03c9 3), contribuye a la protecci\u00f3n cardiovascular, ayuda a mantener equilibrados los niveles de insulina, previene los efectos de la diabetes, mejora la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y alivia los s\u00edntomas premenstruales.<\/p>\n<p>El aceite de soya es de mejor digestibilidad que el
