Alimentos como el cilantro, la manzanilla, el hinojo y la papa, son beneficiosos para estimular la absorci\u00f3n y tener un sistema digestivo sano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montevideo, Uruguay, 4 de mayo de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> En la cadena de alimentaci\u00f3n, existen comestibles que contribuyen a la salud del sistema digestivo, ayud\u00e1ndolo a que el mismo funcione adecuadamente y de un modo r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 se presenta una lista de los 15 alimentos que estimulan la buena digesti\u00f3n, pues al incluirlos en la dieta diaria contribuyen a solucionar malestares asociados a problemas digestivos mediante distintos mecanismos de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilantro:<\/strong> contiene un principio activo conocido como linalol que forma parte de su aceite esencial. Contribuye a la disminuci\u00f3n de gases y a aliviar digestiones pesadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manzanilla:<\/strong> contiene camazuleno y bisabolol que protegen y regeneran el epitelio la mucosa g\u00e1strica. Adem\u00e1s, tiene acci\u00f3n antiespasm\u00f3dica, sedante, digestiva y carminativa. Se recomienda beber una hora antes o despu\u00e9s de las comidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hinojo:<\/strong> favorece la digesti\u00f3n al estimular la producci\u00f3n de jugos g\u00e1stricos. Previene gases y alivia el dolor de est\u00f3mago. Favorece la eliminaci\u00f3n de las bacterias causantes de putrefacciones intestinales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Papa:<\/strong> contribuye a la f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n y tiene un alto \u00edndice glic\u00e9mico, raz\u00f3n por la cual es de los primeros alimentos que se ofrecen a los beb\u00e9s cuando comienzan a alimentarse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zanahoria:<\/strong> estimula la producci\u00f3n de jugos g\u00e1stricos y aumenta los movimientos perist\u00e1lticos. Alivia el estre\u00f1imiento cr\u00f3nico cuando se consume cruda y la diarrea cuando se ingiere cocida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arroz blanco:<\/strong> es un alimento de f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n y contribuye a la recuperaci\u00f3n intestinal despu\u00e9s de una diarrea. El queso elaborado con leche de soja tambi\u00e9n puede ser una alternativa al queso de leche de vaca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yogurt:<\/strong> sus bacterias contribuyen a la buena salud intestinal.
