El estudio se realiz\u00f3 en casi mil 500 j\u00f3venes de entre 14 y 24 en Gran Breta\u00f1a en torno al contacto diario que tienen con sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los \u00c1ngeles, California, Estados Unidos, 22 de mayo de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> La plataforma de fotograf\u00edas Instagram, fue calificada la como red social m\u00e1s perjudicial en la salud mental de los j\u00f3venes, as\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el diario The Independent.<\/p>\n<p>El medio indica que la Real Sociedad para la Salud P\u00fablica realiz\u00f3 una encuesta en los primeros meses de este 2017 a casi mil 500 j\u00f3venes de entre 14 y 24 en Gran Breta\u00f1a en torno al contacto diario que tienen con sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio revel\u00f3 que la red m\u00e1s da\u00f1ina para la salud mental es Instagram, seguida por Facebook y Snapchat, la cual se mostr\u00f3 m\u00e1s perjudicial que Instagram en cuanto a las horas de sue\u00f1o y la ansiedad social.<\/p>\n<p>En contraparte, YouTube y Twitter ocupan el primer y el segundo lugar, respectivamente, entre las plataformas que afectan de manera positiva a sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00abLos j\u00f3venes que pasan m\u00e1s de dos horas al d\u00eda en redes sociales como Facebook, Twitter o Instagram son m\u00e1s propensos a sufrir problemas de salud mental, sobre todo angustia y s\u00edntomas de ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el estudio.<\/p>\n<p>A los encuestados se les pidi\u00f3 anotar la forma en que cada red social impact\u00f3 su vida por medio de una lista de 14 problemas de salud y bienestar, incluyendo la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n, la soledad, el sue\u00f1o, y la intimidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con base en estos datos, Instagram fue catalogada como la plataforma con el efecto m\u00e1s negativo en los chicos, ya que la app genera una percepci\u00f3n de la imagen corporal negativa, causa ansiedad y complejo de inferioridad, adem\u00e1s de tener un efecto perjudicial sobre el sue\u00f1o.<\/p><div class=\"ekjrt6aae65bfd7bb6\" ><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
