que llega a los pulmones de la madre ni el de la sangre del feto.<\/p>\n<p>Sus s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes son: sensaci\u00f3n de ahogo, fatiga, mareos, falta de aliente y dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ocurre cuando el \u00fatero eleva el diafragma y presiona m\u00fasculos que intervienen en la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las madres han sufrido ataques de ansiedad, anemia o cardiopat\u00eda cong\u00e9nitas, y las embarazadas que han tenido problemas respiratorios como: asma bronquial, bronquitis, enfisemas, neumon\u00eda; son las m\u00e1s propensas a desarrollar este trabajo de parto, pues, en ellos le ense\u00f1an c\u00f3mo debe hacer la inspiraci\u00f3n y espiraci\u00f3n, mediante unos ejercicios que garantizan el aumento de la capacidad respiratoria, los cuales funcionan durante la gestaci\u00f3n y el trabajo de parto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consejos para evitar la disnea en el embarazo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mant\u00e9n limpio el sitio de trabajo y el hogar.<\/li>\n<li>Procura que la humedad sea la adecuada.<\/li>\n<li>Realiza actividad f\u00edsica moderada, como caminar o nadar; adem\u00e1s de meditaci\u00f3n o actividades de relajaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>En los casos m\u00e1s graves, el ginec\u00f3logo suele aconsejar alg\u00fan f\u00e1rmaco, como sedantes suaves o un mucol\u00edtico.<\/li>\n<li>Lo importante es mantener la
