En una nota remitida a EFE, dicho organismo de la ONU expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por que \u00ablas autoridades venezolanas contin\u00faen violando el derecho de reuni\u00f3n pac\u00edfico al dispersar de forma violenta las manifestaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ginebra, 31 de julio de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> La Oficina del Alto Comisionado de la ONU inst\u00f3 a las autoridades venezolanas \u00aba cesar el uso excesivo de la fuerza para reprimir manifestaciones\u00bb, y reiter\u00f3 la necesidad de que se respete el principio de la libertad de reuni\u00f3n pac\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, pidi\u00f3 a todas las partes que no hagan uso de la violencia para expresar sus opiniones y posicionamientos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p>Venezuela celebr\u00f3 ayer, domingo, comicios para elegir a la Asamblea Constituyente que modificar\u00e1 la Carta Magna de 1999 y que contaron con el rechazo de la oposici\u00f3n, que decidi\u00f3 no presentarse por considerarlos fraudulentos.<\/p>\n<p>En este marco, durante el fin de semana tuvieron lugar de nuevo graves disturbios que se saldaron con la muerte de una decena de personas.<\/p>\n<p>La Oficina del Alto Comisionado \u00ablament\u00f3\u00bb la muerte de estas personas y pidi\u00f3 a las autoridades que las investiguen de forma independiente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abHacemos un llamamiento para que estas muertes sean investigadas de manera r\u00e1pida, efectiva e independiente, y urgimos al Gobierno a cooperar totalmente con estas investigaciones\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la Oficina se refiri\u00f3 a los registros de casas que las fuerzas de seguridad llevaron a cabo durante el fin de semana, los cuales calific\u00f3 de \u00abinquietantes\u00bb e inst\u00f3 a las autoridades a asegurarse de que
