Aqu\u00ed te traemos una serie de ejercicios para que logres obtener una espalda de impacto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela, 06 de agosto de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> Tanto hombres como mujeres deben trabajar esta zona dividida en cuatro partes principales como el dorsal alto y extremo, espalda media y baja, dorsal inferior.<\/p>\n<p>Realizar ejercicios espec\u00edficos en esta parte del cuerpo te ayudar\u00e1 a tener una espalda y brazos fuertes y atractivos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68476\" src=\"http:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-2.jpg 750w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-2-300x160.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejercicios de tr\u00edceps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si tienes pesas b\u00fascalas y comienza a realizar este eficaz ejercicio para la parte superior del brazo. P\u00e1rate derecha y toma una mancuerna en la mano izquierda e incl\u00ednate un poco hacia delante, tu mano debe estar a la altura de la rodilla, luego levanta el brazo extendi\u00e9ndolo hasta los codos, en un \u00e1ngulo de 90 grados.<\/p>\n<p>Estira lentamente el brazo y regresa a la posici\u00f3n inicial. No olvides mantener la respiraci\u00f3n adecuada y no forzarte, recuerda que quieres tonificar no sacar m\u00fasculos gigantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejercicios para el dorsal alto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para esta rutina debemos usar un remo para la parte superior de la espalda en el gimnasio, asimismo, es excelente porque permite reducir la grasa superior de la espalda y por lo cual tienes que comenzar coloc\u00e1ndote en la m\u00e1quina sentado en posici\u00f3n vertical con las rodillas dobladas y sujetarte de las asas y tira de ella hacia tu cuerpo para fortalecer las piernas.<\/p>\n<p>Debes tratar de mantener una velocidad entre 50 a 60 revoluciones con una repetici\u00f3n de 5 a 7 veces, lo cual este entrenamiento de una hora te va permitir quemar hasta 300 calor\u00edas para tener un organismo saludable y tonificado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68475\" src=\"http:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"666\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-1.jpg 666w, https:\/\/digital58.com.ve\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ejercicio-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 666px) 100vw, 666px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Para la zona baja de la espalda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acu\u00e9state boca abajo sobre una colchoneta y coloca los brazos apoyados en las palmas hacia arriba, levanta la cabeza y la parte superior del cuerpo, y despega los brazos del suelo, es lo que se conoce como plancha, mant\u00e9n esa posici\u00f3n de 10 a 30 segundos, lo ideal es que comiences con lo m\u00ednimo y vayas aumentado progresivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Luego descansa regresando a la posici\u00f3n inicial y comienza de nuevo puedes realizar una serie de 10 o 15 repeticiones que te har\u00e1n lucir bien y tener un organismo saludable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este ejercicio es muy bueno para marcar la curvatura de la cintura, y estilizar y trabajar hombros logrando una espalda de impacto; es extender una colchoneta, y acostarte boca abajo, estirando los brazos hacia el frente (o hacia atr\u00e1s) y sin despegar los pies del suelo. Arquea tu espalda levant\u00e1ndola suavemente y regresa a la posici\u00f3n habitual. Realiza 3 series y 10 repeticiones.
