Este avance permitir\u00e1 crear equipos electr\u00f3nicos min\u00fasculos y ultraligeros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mosc\u00fa, Rusia, 14 de agosto de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> El grupo de investigadores, dirigido por el profesor Dmitri Golberg, integra tambi\u00e9n a cient\u00edficos del Instituto Nacional de Ciencias de los Materiales (Jap\u00f3n), la Universidad Beijing Jiaotong (China) y la Universidad de Tecnolog\u00eda de Queensland (Australia).<\/p>\n<p>Los especialistas lograron crear con \u00e9xito un material basado en \u00f3xido de boro parcialmente oxidado de una sola mol\u00e9cula de ancho de dos dimensiones. Sin embargo, destac\u00f3 que a\u00fan falta para que estos superconductores puedan producirse a escala industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Los semiconductores son la base de la electr\u00f3nica moderna y varios estudios tratan de avanzar en este campo y hacerlos cada vez m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. La meta es conseguir crear nanoprocesadores, que est\u00e1n llamados a sustituir a los microprocesadores actuales.
