En lo que va de a\u00f1o, el canal web BOD ha registrado un promedio mensual de 52 millones de transacciones, entre operaciones financieras y no financieras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, DC, Venezuela, 18 de noviembre de 2017 (D58).-<\/strong> Las plataformas digitales, que incluye la p\u00e1gina web y la aplicaci\u00f3n Banca Digital BOD, han permitido a los clientes afiliados tener acceso a un canal electr\u00f3nico de interacci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil, c\u00f3modo y seguro, para realizar sus transferencias, consulta de estados de cuenta, pagos de servicio y avances de efectivo, desde cualquier dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn BOD estamos profundamente comprometidos con establecer una relaci\u00f3n directa con nuestros clientes, porque nos permite crecer y mejorar nuestros procesos de servicio, brindar seguridad y alta disponibilidad en sus operaciones\u00bb, destac\u00f3 el Vicepresidente de Canales del BOD, Rams\u00e9s Bastardo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>70 mil operaciones express<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de 2017, BOD se coloc\u00f3 a la vanguardia de los canales de pago alternativos con el lanzamiento de Pago Express BOD, una aplicaci\u00f3n que permite realizar y recibir pagos a terceros de BOD y de otros bancos, sin las restricciones de las transferencias tradicionales, desde un tel\u00e9fono inteligente o tableta.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su lanzamiento, en octubre, Pago Express BOD registra m\u00e1s de 70 mil operaciones, lo que equivale a un promedio de ocho mil transacciones diarias entre emitidas y recibidas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstos resultados son una muestra de que nuestros clientes cada vez est\u00e1n m\u00e1s interesados en la movilidad y la inmediatez.
