Cabe destacar que dicho fen\u00f3meno est\u00e1 en el libro de los r\u00e9cords del mundo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Catatumbo, Zulia, Venezuela, 28 de abril de 2020 (ND58). <\/strong>En el Parque Nacional Ci\u00e9nagas de Juan Manuel\u00a0 se concentra el epicentro del Rel\u00e1mpago, icono del Zulia.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1ala que \u00abson como l\u00e1minas de rel\u00e1mpagos constantes por horas y horas y horas. Siguen y siguen, lo iluminan todo a su alrededor. No son rel\u00e1mpagos como en cualquier lugar del planeta, es asombroso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En la zona se da la recurrencia de tormentas el\u00e9ctricas de modo permanente, para alcanzar un promedio de 250 rel\u00e1mpagos al a\u00f1o por kil\u00f3metro cuadrado.<\/p>\n<p>El rel\u00e1mpago del Catatumbo fue reconocido en el 2014 como el lugar de m\u00e1s alta concentraci\u00f3n de rayos en el mundo, por tal motivo fue registrado oficialmente en el libro de los r\u00e9cords mundiales<\/p>\n<p>En 2005 la Asamblea Nacional suscribi\u00f3 un acuerdo para respaldar las acciones que se adelanten en favor de lograr la declaratoria de patrimonio de la humanidad del Parque Nacional Ci\u00e9nagas de Juan Manuel, donde se concentra el epicentro del Rel\u00e1mpago del Catatumbo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta medida se ampar\u00f3 en el art\u00edculo 127 de la Constituci\u00f3n nacional, fue publicada en la Gaceta Oficial n\u00famero 38.299, con fecha del 25 de octubre de 2005.<\/p><div
